Recognized Student Organizations (RSO)

RSO’s may only book meeting space free of charge one (1) semester in advance unless approved as a “traditonal program.” Meeting Rooms can be reserved for any combination of a total of three (hours) per week (Mon. – Sun.) based on availability. Date to be able to book for Summer/Fall Semester will be set at March 1st and for Spring Semester will be set for October 1st. Please visit Purdue.EMScloudservice.com to reserve space. For “traditonal programs,” RSO’s will be charged a $50 administrative fee per event. RSO’s must cancel 3 months in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
