Homecoming Week of Events
Wednesday, October 10
Kickoff Cookout—Union Front Lawn from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Kickoff a great Homecoming week with FREE hotdogs, chips, brownies and games. Meet the Homecoming candidates, and take a picture with Purdue Pete!
Blood Drive—Union South Ballroom from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Register now. Your donation can save up to 3 lives.
Talent Show—Union North Ballroom at 7:00 p.m.
Watch a great show by fellow Boilermakers! The grand prize will be 4 tickets to the B.o.B. concert. You can still sign up to audition for this talent show! Just go to the PSUB office in PMU268 or sign up online. Auditions will be on September 19 and 20 from 7 p.m.–9 p.m. in Hillenbrand Hall lobby C102. All talents are welcome!

B.O.B. with Shwayze and Cyhi Da Prynce—7:30 p.m. in the Elliott Hall of Music
Friday, October 12
Parade—Starts at 7:30 p.m. from Chauncey to State Street to Mackey Arena
Celebrate with friends at the Boilermaker Night Train Parade! The parade will feature walking units, vehicles and floats made by student organizations and local businesses. The route will begin at Northwestern Avenue and West Columbia Street, go south on Northwestern Avenue, west on State Street before turning north on University St and ending at Mackey Arena. The parade will highlight this year’s theme “Once Upon a Homecoming.” Come celebrate our university and community at the parade!
Pep Rally—Mackey Arena after the Parade
Celebrate Purdue athletics with Coach Hope and the football team! We will also crown the 2012 Homecoming King and Queen and announce the Homecoming Competition Winners.
Tip-off Before Kickoff—Mackey Arena after the Pep Rally
Join the Purdue men’s and women’s basketball teams after the Homecoming pep rally for a night of fun and entertainment. This is your first chance to see both teams in action this season.
Saturday, October 13
Celebration on the Mall—Entrance to Stadium Mall at 9:00 a.m.
Visit booths held by Purdue’s various colleges and organizations. Join the Chorus 100 Years of ‘Hail Purdue.’
