General Member

General Members are responsible for:

  • Assisting director and project leaders with committee event planning, publicizing and implementation.
  • This includes, but not limited to crescent signs, display cases, sign stands, press releases, posters, and posting fliers.
  • Contributing to the development of a comprehensive marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotion strategy for programs.
  • Assisting Project Leaders and Directors with upcoming events in their committee area.
  • Assisting with program ushering.
  • Communicating and coordinate with Project Leaders, Committee Directors, Executives Officers, and/or Advisors.
  • Attending weekly committee meetings
  • (Optional) Attending monthly full board meetings
  • Attending all committee events

Time Commitment: Approximately one to five hours per week
